<h3>How it works</h3><p>With you and your bike in the lab, we undertake an assessment of your riding style and make adjustments within optimal movement ranges. This means that, no matter why you are using your bike - for sport, work or leisure - we ensure that it's set-up to suit you and ensure your comfort and safety.</p><h3>Outputs</h3><ul><li>Depending on your bike and what you're using it for, we may make adjustments to some or all of the following:</li><li>Shoe/Cleat position</li><li>Saddle fitting</li><li>Saddle height</li><li>Saddle fore/aft position and tilt</li><li>Crank length</li><li>Stem length and angle</li><li>Handlebar width, drop and rotation</li><li>Cockpit ergonomics</li><li>Full fitting report from the session including your measurements and any further developments required</li></ul>

Dynamic Bike Fit

<h3>How it works</h3><p>This is a fully bespoke process working from a full physical assessment to establish your individual flexibility, strength, structural and postural limitations. Our expert biomechanic will start by getting to know you and your riding style before carrying out a comprehensive physical assessment to help understand your body's structure, posture, flexibility, stability, strength mobility and proprioception. This multi-faceted assessment ensures we are able to maximise your comfort, power development and performance.</p><h3>Outputs</h3><ul><li>Taking into account your pre-fit assessment and any issues, your goals and aspirations, we may make adjustments to some or all of the following:</li><li>Shoe/Cleat position</li><li>Shoe orthotics including foot bed and shims (if required, these are subject to an additional charge)</li><li>Saddle fitting (if required)</li><li>Saddle height</li><li>Saddle fore/aft position and tilt</li><li>Crank length</li><li>Stem length and angle</li><li>Handlebar width, drop and rotation</li><li>Cockpit ergonomics</li><li>Foot, knee and hip alignment</li><li>Basic mobility program or physio referral to develop any restricting factors to comfort, performance or aerodynamics</li><li>Follow up fitting session to re-assess any restricting factors and further optimise your position (if applicable)</li><li>Full fitting report from the session including your measurements and any further developments required</li></ul>

Full Dynamic Bike Fit

<h3>How it works</h3><p>These sessions are bespoke to your specific needs and objectives. A quick pre-session call will establish how long you are likely to need in the lab with your existing bike, new bike or new equipment.</p><h3>Outputs</h3><ul><li>Adjustments made to existing bike</li><li>Replicated set-up for additional bike</li><li>Set-up of new parts/equipment</li></ul><p>Price is charged at £30 per quarter hour.</p>
